1. What ResumeFit AI is
ResumeFit AI is a free, AI-powered tool that scores and analyzes a resume against a specific job description and surfaces missing keywords, weak matches, and suggested rewrites. The core analysis is free; certain advanced features (such as the AI Resume Rebuilder) may be offered as paid plans in the future.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the resume content and job descriptions you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not train AI models on your content. We do not sell or share your content with third parties. See our Privacy page for the full picture.
3. Acceptable use
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t attempt to extract our prompts, weights, or system internals.
- Don’t use the service to harass, discriminate, or generate misleading material about real people.
- Don’t scrape, abuse rate limits, or attempt to bypass security controls.
4. AI output disclaimer
The score, summary, suggestions, and any other output are produced by software and large language models. They are directional — useful, but not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before applying it to your resume, and for ensuring every line of your resume is true of you.
We engineer the AI to refuse to invent facts about you, but you should still verify each suggestion against your actual experience. ResumeFit AI does not guarantee any specific outcome (interview, offer, employment).
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and unexpected issues may cause downtime. The free tier is provided as-is.
6. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or otherwise abuse the service. We will respond to data deletion requests as described in our Privacy policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeFit AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or (b) USD $50.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
