Is there a free trial?

Every new account gets 10 free credits on signup — enough for one full ATS analysis. No credit card required to sign up.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your signup bonus credits are also valid for 12 months from account creation.

What does an analysis cost?

Each ATS analysis costs 10 credits. Upload your resume, paste a job description, and get a full scored report with keyword gaps, weak matches, recruiter feedback, and paste-ready AI suggestions.

What does an optimized resume cost?

An AI-optimized resume costs 30 credits. Gemini reads your full analysis report — every missing keyword, weak match, and recruiter note — and rewrites your entire resume to score 80+. Delivered as a DOCX to your email in ~60 seconds.

Is this a subscription?

No. All credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no monthly charge. You buy credits when you need them.

Can I buy multiple packs?

Yes. Credits stack — buying a Growth pack on top of existing credits adds to your balance. There is no cap on your credit balance.

Why does my receipt say OptimizedResume?

Payments on ResumeFit AI are processed through OptimizedResume, our sister company. Both businesses are owned and operated by the same organization. If you see 'OptimizedResume' on your bank statement, that charge is from ResumeFit AI. Email hello@resumefit.org if you have any billing questions.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser and device.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not used any credits from a pack, contact hello@resumefit.org within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. If the AI Resume Optimizer fails to deliver a result due to a technical error, your 30 credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. Credits that have already been used for completed analyses or optimizations are non-refundable.

What happens if the AI optimizer can't reach an 80+ score?

If the optimized resume scores below 80 after a single high-quality rewrite attempt, the job is marked as failed and your 30 credits are automatically returned to your balance. This is rare — try using a more closely matched job description.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment data goes directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. ResumeFit AI and OptimizedResume never store your card number or billing details.
